OVERVIEW
Ebenezer 712 partners with major carriers who work with local couriers to deliver directly to your door. All orders ship in custom-branded packaging with care. Free U.S. Standard Shipping is available on all orders.
You are charged when your order is placed. All payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. To help prevent fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or needing extra verification may be delayed and/or canceled.
SHIPPING PROCESS
We require 1–2 business days to fulfill your order and tender it to the carrier. During peak periods (holidays) some orders may take up to 5 business days or longer if an item is awaiting restock.
Once processing begins, we cannot make changes (including address edits). Orders ship to the address provided at checkout.
We ship Monday–Friday (no weekends or holidays). A shipping confirmation email is sent when your order leaves our facility.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING NOTICE
During peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday), processing and transit times may extend due to volume. Please order early to help ensure on-time delivery.
TRACKING
All orders include tracking. You'll receive your tracking link via email once the package is handed to the carrier's sort facility.
Some carriers may take several days to show scans. If it's been 5 business days and there's no movement, email us at support@ebenezer712.com.
DELIVERIES
We currently ship within the United States. Delivery estimates below exclude our 1–2 business day processing time:

While we'll do all we can to deliver on time, Ebenezer 712 isn't responsible for conditions beyond our control (carrier or postal delays, weather, labor actions, etc.).
INTERNATIONAL (FUTURE)
International shipping is not yet available. When it launches, orders may be subject to local import duties/taxes and customs fees assessed by your country; these are the customer's responsibility. If a shipment is refused and returned, any import taxes and return shipping costs may be deducted.
LOST / STOLEN / DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once in transit, carriers are responsible for delivery. If tracking shows "delivered" but you don't have the package:
▪ Double-check the shipping address on your order confirmation
▪ Look around your delivery area (mailroom, porch) and with neighbors
▪ Contact the carrier to report and file a claim
In cases of theft, consider filing a police report. Ebenezer 712 isn't liable for packages marked delivered by the carrier.
Damaged items: Email support@ebenezer712.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item(s), packaging, and shipping label. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
Please ensure the shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We begin processing immediately and can't change addresses once an order has entered our shipping workflow.

Ebenezer 712 trabaja con transportistas principales que colaboran con mensajerías locales para entregar a tu puerta. Todos los pedidos se envían con empaques de marca y cuidado. Envío Standard GRATIS en EE. UU. en todos los pedidos.
Se te cobra al realizar la compra. Los pagos pueden requerir verificación/aprobación antes del envío y tardar varios días. Para prevenir fraude, pedidos con datos de facturación incorrectos o que requieran verificación adicional pueden demorarse o cancelarse.
PROCESO DE ENVÍO
Necesitamos 1–2 días hábiles para preparar tu pedido y entregarlo al transportista. En periodos de alta demanda (festividades) algunos pedidos pueden tardar hasta 5 días hábiles o más si un artículo espera reposición.
Una vez que inicia el proceso, no podemos hacer cambios (incluida la dirección). Enviamos a la dirección provista en el checkout.
Enviamos de lunes a viernes (sin fines de semana ni dias festivos). Recibirás un correo de confirmación de envío cuando tu pedido salga de nuestra instalación.
