HOW TO RETURN

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original Ebenezer 712 poly mailer with all tags attached. We cannot process returns for items missing packaging or tags. Please refer to our Return Policies for additional details.

Important: Returned items must be in their original condition—unwashed, unworn, with tags attached—and shipped back in the original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied a refund

1. INITIATE YOUR RETURN:

▪ Email hello@ebenezer712.com with your name and order number, which you'll find in your order confirmation email.

 

2. RECEIVE YOUR PREPAID LABEL:

▪ We'll email you a prepaid shipping label with the designated carrier information.

Note: If this is your first return for the order, it's free. For any additional returns, an $8 non-refundable return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

3. PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE: 

▪ Place the item(s) you're returning in the original Ebenezer 712 packaging.

▪ Download and print the shipping label, then securely attach it to the package.

▪ Make sure any previous shipping labels are removed or fully covered.

Reminder: Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery to remain eligible for a refund.

4. DROP OFF YOUR RETURN:

▪ Take your package to your nearest location for the carrier specified on the label.

Tip: Keep your return tracking number until your refund is confirmed. Ebenezer 712 is not responsible for lost return shipments.

RETURN TIMELINE OVERVIEW

▪ Request return: Day 1

▪ Receive label: Within 1–2 business days

▪ Drop off package

▪ Refund processed: 3–5 business days after return is received

▪ Banks posts refund: Varies (usually 2–5 business days)

Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. If there are any issues with the return, we'll contact you directly via email. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account, depending on their processing times.
